Beautifully explained! Can’t wait to try your ‘countdowns’! Like the word ‘stagger’ too!? Paints a great picture of what needs to be done! Thanks.

Yes! Thank you for explaining this so simply. I had never heard of the 3-10-3 rule, and now I realise I've been pulling too fast! I am excited to get in the studio tomorrow to try this out. Much appreciate it.

I heard a great quote, “people over estimate what they can do in one year, and underestimate what they can do in 10.” I try to remember that when learning new skills!

Thank you so much! I've been trying to perfect pulling and had these exact problems and you've answered them so I'm going to put this into practice. You said it took you 6 years to perfect, that makes me feel a little better so now perfect practice makes perfect. Thanks from the UK

Wow, this was very VERY helpful, thank you! Just had what I consider my first decent independent pull and had the ring come off and had no idea what happened. Now i know! I'd love a video on how to know when to stop bowling a belly. (I get scared I'm bowling it out too much and stop too soon I think) Also how to get a clean shoulder. Great videos from a great teacher, ftw. Thanks!
