I heard a great quote, “people over estimate what they can do in one year, and underestimate what they can do in 10.” I try to remember that when learning new skills!

Wow, this was very VERY helpful, thank you! Just had what I consider my first decent independent pull and had the ring come off and had no idea what happened. Now i know! I'd love a video on how to know when to stop bowling a belly. (I get scared I'm bowling it out too much and stop too soon I think) Also how to get a clean shoulder.
