Jerry was furious with Dak and after he paid him he told Dak to his face "I overpaid you". I don't expect Dak to give them a hometown discount this time either. Bare minimum he's gonna be looking at $55M per year, maybe $60M if he can get to the NFC championship. Dak is good but not that good, I wouldn't do it but it's hard when you allow a QB to walk.

I love dak and I think he's one of the greatest QBs ever. He's strong he can block push back linemen. Flip over defenders to score. He's faster than he's given credit. Especially in the last couple yrs. He's broke down in playoffs and made some dumb decisions but his receivers like lamb still drops easy passes he shouldn't and wrs run the wrong routes. His olines been inconsistent and hurt unlike the headlines act. Yet he's still greater in the pocket and under pressure than they give him credit he quit fumbling as much. Dan Quinn stupidly made his most athletic linebacker Parsons into a full-time linemen mainly. Which was dumb as fast as he is he can cover wrs and should've been working on development as an outside or middle linebacker he's more valuable overall there and just used as an edge or dt etc once in awhile. It left the cowboys with no linebackers except a half *ssed Vanderesh from his first injury. He just got two great cbs and one got hurt. We had talented linemen Parsons shouldn't have been moved permanently. Dak would be considered greater though if he truly wasn't greedy. Brady always took less if the team needed him to compete and if Dak doesn't. Then he doesn't care about winning over money. Great leaders make sacrifices and if he won't then that's kinda B's really. I think he'd have a deal already if he was willing to help his team. His talent is there though I don't care what anyone says. I think he'd start on almost any team he's on no matter who's there.
