سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ ملک کی جمہوریت، آئین وقانون کی بالا دستی کے مطابق نہیں ہوا۔ سنی اتحاد کونسل کے سربراہ اپنی پارٹی سے الیکشن ہی نہیں لڑے اور نہ ہی انہوں نے مخصوص نشستوں پر الیکشن کمیشن کو فہرست ہی جمع کرائی۔
