Pour the first few drops of brewed coffee into a cup with a tablespoon or two of sugar. Stir the wet sugar very rapidly until it looks creamy with the consistency of Elmer’s glue. Pour the coffee over the sugar mixture and foam forms on the top. That’s how we Cubans prepare it, “con espumita.”

Just remember the bottom half gets hot! It makes great coffee.

It's a moka pot. Just get a nice stainless steel one for the stove. Or get a handpresso.

I have an induction cooktop in my RV, so this is nice to replace my Keurig. I was looking at a stainless steel one but it was $40 and this was $20.49.

Does it work if you turn the switch ON before plugging it in? I'm wondering if I can set it up the night before, leave the switch on and plug it into a smart outlet on a timer for the mornings. Thank you for the video!

Sorry for getting back to you so late. I just tried it, I turned it on and then plugged it in and it worked. About 4 1/2 minutes later coffee was ready. I just don't know how long I would leave it sitting there full of hot coffee. It might ruin the coffee if it sat there too long.

True, but being in an RV isn't really camping either.
