Mirk Jerken Well noise is a subset of sound. This music isn't actually noisy, typically in conversations about sound, the word noise is used to describe sounds where so many frequencies in the the audible spectrum are being played that no single notes can be identified from the sound. The track mostly uses sine and square waves which are core components and frequently used in more 'traditional' music, sine waves make up pretty much every bassline you've ever heard, and usually where they're absent the square waves show up. In fact, every synth sound you've ever heard is made from the addition of sine waves playing at different frequencies/wavelengths (depends on how you're approching analysis). That's just how sound works tbh. Whats more is that even noise has a place in music. Take an 808 snare drum (if you've ever heard 'trap' you've heard an 808 snare), those are partially made of 'white noise', which is every frequency played at once. That's what gives it that fizz on the high end. Many more experimental producers use pure noise signals to sculpt other sounds from, creating melodies, other percussion, and even sound effects. If you've ever noticed a rising/descending almost 'sweep'-ing sound in electronic music, that's actually made by routing the noise signal to a filter and automating the filter to open/close. TL;DR Noise can also be music.
