Although I appreciate the yukixmafuyu history, I think it shows the difference between first love and true love. They were each other's first love and they were each other's priority and that left no room for much of anything else that even the smallest thing that could get in between them was dangerous. They know what they were to each other but not really what they were away from the other. I think that's why I like the relationship progress Uenoyama has with Mafuyu. He didn't just help heal him from his tragedy and brought him out of his shell, he also taught Mafuyu to think about his own thoughts/feelings/wants. He wanted Mafuyu to choose and rely on him instead of depending on him entirely
I coul’nt agree more with you. I’ve read people saying that his second relationship was forced due to Yuki’s death. Finally someone who sees it in another way
Beautifully said. It was about the experience, love in itself and growth as a person for the person you love and for yourself. It would be a blessing to see and find it in one person in just one lifetime.
even tho I love Ritsuki and I find Mafuya and him really cute together, Yuki x Mafuya really feels different. It's just short back stories and short panels but you can feel that they are meant for each other. They were each others soulmates that's why it hurt so much more.
@@cecizombiee6112 these clips were shown in episode 9 while given were on their first live concert. I think they have also shown these when hiragii and mafuyu have a conversation bout their childhood in episode 8.
i understood what yuki meant for mafuyu not only was he the person mafuyu needed during a time where he was being abused and his mom was too but he was also someone who became his first friend. they became partners later and it definitely was inevitable that they did. im genuinely glad that mafuyu had someone like yuki. uenoyama i feel like was someone who mafuyu needed in this time in his life, he taught him a lot about himself and in return mafuyu taught uenoyama too. im a big believer in meeting people when you need them the most and when your paths no longer coincide, you diverge and meet new people. i wouldnt compare yuki and mafuyu's love with uenoyama and mafuyu because these relationships served their own purpose in their own way.
Bro like don’t get me wrong, I really really love Mafuyu and Uenoyama. However, I just can’t get over Yuki and Mafuyu 👊🙂 brb punching the air+crying my mf eyes out
2:52 "I should have told you what you meant to me, cause now...I pay the price" I think that line describes Mafuyu's perspective perfectly because the argument caused him to have a lot of regrets
@@sho-je1fy omg thank you! Everyone said there was parallels between Aki/Ugetsu and Ritsuka/Mafuyu, but it’s so obviously the parallel was with Yuki. If anything, Ritsuka is always his biggest supporter. He’s not afraid to criticize him, but he always does it out of love. Yuki and Mafuyu were cute but they just had some things missing there and it equaled to a pretty toxic relationship.
@@megsmacgregs320 yeah you said it right i also thought something is missing in yukixmafuyu but I can totally see how understanding and encouraging uecchi is. I think uecchi is perfect for present and future for mafuyu✨
