This was such a treat! 2 really iconic people just having a conversation and cracking each other up.

I just LOVE how openly they were able to talk to each other, and it was probably even more prominent when they were off camera.

I will never tire of your mom's voice. It is soothing to me in a very odd way. She sounds like the Jewish grandmother I always wished for but just my dumb luck, I got a mean German Lutheran who only loved as long as you were a cute baby, puppy or a kitten - once you hit age two and said more than 4 words at a time you were banished from her presence. I remembered when your mother voiced Francine' s grandmother on PBS' Arthur and how non-hip cool and honest she was with her cartoon grand daughter and that's still how she sounds to me today watching these In Bed With Joan Webisodes. She also had and raised one helluvah great kid, thank you for keeping her legacy alive.

So true! 10 years or so ago and Ru knew things would go back a bit like we're facing right now.

Gosh I miss her. The joy she brought to so many. I could never repay.

I was just thinking about how much I miss Joan Rivers. She really knew how to dress people down with love. The older I get the more I appreciate and respect her ability to be direct and hilarious while also being whip smart. I seriously just watched the episode of wife swap you both did together.
