Sad and creepy, especially because this isn’t just some random plot but actually something almost everyone who’s played the game has done. Even sadder when you realize the person in this had Raymond’s portrait, which you can only get by highly increasing the friendship level of your villager, girl sold a best friend

I love how even the “community” knows Mask doesn’t care for his villagers but it also seems like he has a hold on them as well cause they could have just sold to someone else but she gave a look like she HAD to give him Raymond. Yes he’s got the money but you can tell she did NOT want to give him to Mask. I wonder if others have seen how he works and avoid him👀 I’m too invested💀

Plot twist: gas mask dude is actually really nice and looks after all his villagers really well and gives them a fully decorated yard all to themselves.

Coming back to see this video after seeing the clips in the feature length movie. Suzy's reaction after relinquishing Raymond to Mask was left out in the movie. The pained expression and not wanting to address the bag of bells on the floor really feels like Judas regretting his 30 pieces of silver. Goddamn. Bravo. This really is done so well and you deserve more recognition for it.

The amount of care and love that goes into each frame of this video. I like going through animations frame by frame to see the hard work that goes into these and caught a wholesome message by Densle at 0:28. Imagine becoming best friends with someone, you feel happy around your friend and you think nothing will make you and your friend stop being best friends forever. Then someday you feel like you wanna go around the world, you talk with your best friend and he in fact, is happy about it. Then the next day, your best friend goes into your house and before you can say something, a random guy appears, drops a bag of money and makes you feel like your best friend was waiting for you to leave just so he could afford more money. Before you can make a question to your best friend, the random just takes you out like a bag of potatoes, leaving you with many questions, one of those being: "did he was my friend? Or it was just a lie all this time?" Anyway, don't forget to sell your neighbors (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Not only are the models to a teeth, but the expressions have so much character. They just drive a great story with ease.
