I'm not an musician but a passionate listener. Dario M. is one of my favorite composers...And ironically I discovered him before I watched the movies he composed in and it was really exciting to hear the music that I've memorized, right in the scenes! 💜 Thank you
Spitfire Audio, thank you for your Creative Cribs Series. I have watched them all, it is indeed GOLD! Mr. Marianelli, I don't know how to thank you enough for your wonderfully open and direct generosity of sharing so unsefishly your years of experience. You are indeed a great soul.
verticalvibemusic I want to echo this. What generosity - to be so kind and open. To share so freely about his creative process. This is a tremendous interview. Thank you Mr. Marianelli, and thank you Spitfire!
I'm getting to know these brilliant composers & every time I look for them on RU-vid Spitfire already has a chat with them! Thanks for these little surprise gifts!
This one is really good. The important aspect that goes unsaid or takes a back seat to: "here is my vintage bla bla bla", and all the technical aspects.
Cubase allows you to copy from session to session including all Chanel (audio, instrument, group, aux, and Midi)and mix settings edits and markers. Either from session to session or via import.
These are interesting videos. There really isn't enough content like this. I just wish it was more technical, like the opening few moments, not abstract talk about emotion and expression. It only makes sense it should be about the process and tools considering Spitfire produces tools.
I mean it really comes down to do you just want to produce a product only or do you want to create music that moves people? Hopefully both and with time constraints and deadlines and technique it's hard to do the other thing you are hired for,,,, to bring emotion and or touch peoples hearts and souls. And how can you touch a heart or soul if you're not in touch with your own. Not every project requires that but a lot do.
