Strike deku is a matchup I rarely get but when I do they end up destroying me and I’d be confused not knowing I was always too close so W video. Just when I think I’ve learned it all you teach me more

This was one i was really waiting for. I was always struggling to understand the interaction between his beta and kendo's shield. I alway understood that the initial hit is pretty much a grab and that if he's close enough he'll obviously go through the shield like everyone else but it was the Shockwave above the head you mentioned that i was always getting hit by that made me feel like something was inconsistent. But now i know so thanks as always

It makes sense now how a Ace Rank Striker Deku toyed with me man I felt completely outplayed. I was in the defensive at first until I notice that if this kept going I was going nowhere taking hits that I didnt know how to block or counter. So I had to do some dmg before I died so my team could finish him off but my team got wiped by him lol Thanks for this video now I know to avoid him if hes a good player 😂 What do you think would be the best way to face this type of Deku player? trade blows whoever falls first or run if possible and wait for a 2v1 with team?😢

As I stated in the video, you have to win neutral in between trading alpha’s. Fighting this Deku is basically the same way of facing Mt. Lady. You’re GOING to trade, it’s hard not to, you just have to make sure you’re hitting them more than they’re hitting you lmao
