This is great! I love that you are not trying to work the IT posteriorly. Most therapists I work with ram the elbow on the side of the leg. Usually resulting in a yelp from clients. I am excited to try this! Do you have a psoas video? I really am grateful for these videos. Please keep posting!

Thanks Spencer. I have synovial osteochondromatosis in my right hip and you have perfectly described where a lot of my pain is. Too bad Spokane and Calgary are so far apart 😢 thank you for sharing this 👍🏻👍🏻

So interesting! What are your thoughts on after receiving a deep tissue massage you see bruises the next day? Is this normal? I want to add I don't bruise easily and this is my first time it has happened after a massage.
