Congratulations on your new baby Eat all vegetables especially Carrots , peas , beetroot ,long beans Daal methi ( it's great help for all mother feeding baby ) Eat methi regularly eith other food less spicy Take milk and fruits ,mid morning Take one egg morning daily cheese or paneer for other meals with Vegetables dish Baby will be very healthy with glowing skin And last but not the least our own indian gond ke laddoo with breakfast Daily atlest for 20 minutes all parts your body should get heat you can por use small portable heater and can sit infront of that All with personal experience

Lactating mothers should have ‘lauki’ boiled everyday. Kalajeera ko roast karke, ghee add karke, rice ke sath mutthi banake khao. Have loads of fruits.

Was wondering why there is a restriction on food in Rohini's diet!! She seems to be only on liquid diet wen at dis tym wid full tym feeding, she shud ideally eat lot of nutricious solid food!! Just curious whether in Himachal new mothers have diff. diet, n if so why?? I hv a 11 yr old by the way n didnt hv any such diet

It’s good to eat all the foods so the baby is used to all the foods. Eat all the different things except for the maida or sugary things. (Junk food) Garm taasir wali chizein khayein, jaise Bajra roti and other millets rotis, with all the sabzi without potatoes and cauliflower, broccoli which can cause gas. Gond aur Methipak are good, for both mummy and the baby. It should be available in the mithai sections (check frozen) at the stores. Take care dear.
