Hes doing wonderful, in his first month, he has done more for the country then the previous goverment did in more than 30 years. Hes amazing. This week homicides drop to 2 per day which before him it was hundreds. Bukele is considered the best president of Latin America.

I love the people of Mexico, and have visited it many, many times in the past 20 years, Love the culture, warmth of the people, food etc. But! what I hate is the corruption of the Mexican Police, Guarda Civil, Federales, Government, etc. If not for the corruption, I would live in Mexico!

He have empathy to those who suffer, he's mad at those who hurt them, at other politicians and it shows how such a great person he is. It's rare for black holes of despair like El Salvador is now. He's great because he's hope of New El Salvador.

I'm American and Salvadoran since my parents are from El Salvador. They always told me stories on how the military would walk around and someone got killed almost everyday but they said it was such a beautiful place. So I really hope the new president can make Salvador a better place so I can learn spanish and visit there someday

Agreed on your point with the interviewer asking Trump related question, President Bukele answered the 1st question by saying emigration is El Salvador's fault and no one else's, some reporter are only looking to create conflicts and that is not cool.

The best thing for any country is to retain it's best and brightest also looking for a better future. When people are leaving a country in such massive numbers it is bad, as that can't only be the poor leaving. It is a good thing when people that grow up in a country and support their country and culture into the future. When people leave they are not any longer really a part of the culture and language, but it is then at a distance. There are many that have came here because they are unable to even get what many in Mexico have when it comes to access to medicine. Then to top it off there are people that want to keep people down and do not want the people to have access to the things that would allow them to be able to live there. When I can't give something to a poor worker that needs something that I have for one of their family members to live out of fear for my life.... This is a real problem in El Salvador and many other countries in the region. I can't blame them for leaving when the level of hate against others in your own and promoting slavery like conditions. All people need to work together to eliminate the problem, as no one man or woman can remove the problems in the world.

Nayib is doing things different from what our government has been doing for many years. Our society started changing since the moment we chose Nayib and took out the two main parties that had been ruling the country for decades. We the salvadorians, are down to change. Call me fool but I believe in him, I believe he can help our country.

Why diss the American president? The root causes of these immigration crises from centroamerica are people escaping violence and poverty. The new president of El Salvador gets it and acknowledges the need to fix the problems that causes their people to flee in the first place. Previous governments did not and had failed to improve their people's lots hence why many are fleeing to the U.S. legally and illegally.
