April, you are loved for eternity. I watched you with my new granddaughter when the cameras went up and sobbed when Taj was born. Something happened, the world stood still for a giraffe. Beautiful. I have to sad if there could be a therapy giraffe it be April.. it was April. Hours watching and waiting for her to have her sweet baby was time well spent. There will never be another April, she was truly one of a kind. This tribute was heart warming, I too was brought to tears with happy memories ❣️ RIP our Beautiful Girl

I loved April and everything said about her in this memorial is true. For me, Azizi had that same kind of indefinable "something" and I loved him too. Now both are gone, and though I don't want to feel this, the lumps are gathering in my throat again.
This is so beautiful. I have tears as I write this. We live in the Pacific Northwest, but feel so close to everyone at AAP. It was the first time I ever fell in love via video with a giraffe. April touched my heart. My husband & I had one cat who touched us the way April touched so many lives. One cannot explain all the whys, but when an animal is that special, it touches your soul in ways you cannot fully explain. Now I watch Johari every day, waiting for the next miracle of birth to happen. I too will remember & miss April, but like all of you, she remains in our hearts forever. I spent March watching April! Thanks for the Tribute. I have not watched much since then but I really enjoyed watching April and then seeing her baby! Even hoped I would get to see her next time I went home to Rochester where I am from but it did not work out. But I loved getting acquainted with April and everybody. Thanks so much.

I’m bawling like a baby!!! She did more than healing for me. I met a beautiful friend, Kat who is gone now. I think of the beautiful friendship that came. One day I will get to see them both again. Lots of love to everyone.

She was not my first giraffe mamma, but certainly the most memorable. She sincerely brought a world community together. THAT, I will always treasure!

I do not have words to say how much I have enjoyed this video. April and her beautiful eyes brought me through many days of sadness when my husband passed away. She was so special and her boys were a joy to watch as they grew up. Jordon brought so much happiness to me when he turned on that cam to let us watch the majestic April in 2017. RIP sweet April.❤️❤️
April was the first giraffe I ever watched. She was sweet. Now I watch Annabelle which reminds me of April. During the pandemic Annebelle helped. Two sweet girls. But I really miss April. She is running at the rainbow bridge with her baby.

Although very sad to watch like Jordan says we will move on but with the knowledge that we were able to be part of such a wonderful life and to be able to share such precious moments. I am also crying right now, such a beautiful and touching memorial of our Precious April! Its because of April that I grew to love giraffes! I got to know April for the very first time on the day she gave birth to Azizi, I watched the birth and after that I was hooked! I watched her everyday after that! She brought so much Joy and happiness into our lives and I miss her so much! God works in mysterious ways, Azizi got sick and then April went to Heaven not that long after and now they are together again! For me, April and Azizi's home is in my heart and I carry them with me everyday, every where I go!

What a beautiful video for April! My only regret is not getting on a plane last year to go meet April for the first time. I have watched the video of Maria singing to April more than a hundred times because I believe she truly enjoyed that!

Oh, I just loved April! Would try to go to work on about an hours' sleep after watching her all night. This tribute was terrific, and quite moving . Guess I missed something, though; why did we all need comforting? I caught allusions to that, but am puzzled. Goodbye April; I can picture your sweet face hanging over the top of the Gates of Heaven, smiling and munching on a carrot.
Wow the tears. I was shocked when I found out she wasn't with us. I remember her back on 2017 when they turn cameras. And watching her hay showers. She was joker at times. Opening the gate when her Homans come in to clean. I sure will miss her.
