Indeed. All four in this vid are in my top favs and Rolling Girl itself was probably the first song I saw in a MMD vid. Mind you, said vid had Miku doing jumps, rolls and somersaults down a long road surrounded by crystals so I had no idea it wasn't such a cheery song. ^.^;
Such a big part to this community, he will be missed. He left such a big impact on everyone and I don't think Vocaloid would of been the same without Wowaka. May he rest in peace.
I loved Wowaka's work so much and I thought it was so sudden when he died that I just didnt know what to do. I really loved this tribute I thought Rolling Girl at the end was really beautiful and that it was the classic modules from F and F2nd and not Future Tone.
Actually, only two of the four songs in the video used F modules (World's End Dancehall and Unhappy Refrain, which makes sense since F is the game those two songs first appeared in). F and F2nd can't really be considered 'classic', since they were actually the fourth and fifth games in the Project Diva series. Two-Sided Lovers and Rolling Girl debuted in Project Diva Extend (the third game) for the PSP, and the modules used are of the PS3 port of the game (Dreamy Theater Extend). One could argue that Future Tone modules would be considered even *more* classic, since Future Tone is a port of an upgrade for the Arcade machine, which predates every Project Diva game except the first one from 2009.
Rest in piece Wowaka. He changed vocaloid forever and it’s sad that he left because of the lack of credit but was about to return and released the song untitled mother goose. All is songs were iconic.
It's hard to believe he's gone. He inspired so many people and to this day even more people are being inspired by his music. If he only he could see how many people miss him. We all hold him dear to us and we refuse to let him go. He lives in our hearts and playlist forever. No one could ever be like him. Rest In Peace Wowaka and thank you for everything.
Rolling girl has to be the most well known song these days in the vocoloid community, this just gives me more of a reason to get the Extreme perfect on Futuretone DX
It’s been 2 years since his passing and I only recently found out (literally a few hours ago-) anygays- Wowaka was a very good producer, and his songs would always calm my heart during my childhood. When I was sad, I would play a song of his, not knowing it was from him. RIP, Wowaka. He had put a huge impact on both my life and the Vocaloid industry. He will be missed by many.
I just found out he died last year and this year was the year I was finally able to play project diva... His music always ment something and I can't play rolling girl without crying. Being a robot there is no emotion but behind words there are and I felt it. I still feel it.. I miss him now that he is gone
The man that make hatsune miku popular of his song rolling girl...the man that create song that the most song creater doesn't have....may he rest in piece Edit:thanks for the like by the way :3
Hmm....but the all of my friend know miku from rolling girl...and other stranger a few years ago that talk to me know miku from that song too....uhh i dunno...
Holy fucking shit I just woke up and started browsing songs and found out Wowaka died in april this year. He was a pop genius, the king of vocaloid pop with tons of bangers. May he rest in peace.
Today I was looking Wowaka's Rolling Girl song on my youtube playlist and saw that it was already deleated, then I found it again but then a saw in the comment section someone said something about "we will miss you", I couldn't believe that he's gone . We will miss you Wowaka =(
He was and still is my favourite Vocaloid producer. I loved all of his songs very dearly. He had a really huge impact on my life since school, and I think I'll never be able to forget him. I cried so much when I found out he died. May he rest in peace.
I love the combo of the 3D animated music videos with the official music videos/lyric videos in the background RIP Wowaka , your songs are some of my favorite and I with I found them sooner than i did
Rest in peace wowoka. Thank you for helping us build our community and blessing us with some of the best Vocaloid songs we’ve ever heard. I really hope we continue to make you proud.. ありがとうごずいます。
wowaka had incredible musical talent, and he was legendary among the vocaloid community especially. his impact on so many people is impossible to exaggerate. rest in peace.
Wowaka was such an amazing producer that made me truly love Vocaloid. He made such an impact on the Vocaloid community and was gone much too soon. May he Rest In Peace.
I cried so hard. I was struggling to hold back tears, but when Rolling Girl came on at the end, I just lost it and started crying super hard. I'm still feeling really upset and lost over his passing.
Coming back on this after a year, it really hit hard. He served the community and Vocaloid wouldn’t be as great as it is today without him. He will be missed.
He brought awareness to so many touchy and sad topics and made beautiful music with them. He was a true legend in the vocaloid community. He truly with be missed.
It's great you're doin this man! Great to see people pay tribute to Wowaka! He is one of my favorite artists and it's a bit sad to see him go. We'll miss him and may he rest in peace.
@@mischiefthedegenerateratto7464 of course it's sad to see him go, but I'm personally not too emotional about things like death. In fact I believe this is good because now after a life of hard work he's in a better place resting and being happy for all eternity. At least that's how my family and I think of it.
I am a very great fan of Wowaka. His song "Rolling Girl" was so realistically emotional and I became addicted to it!! I loved his work!!! Miss you and R.I.P.
I left vocaloid for a while and got back a few months ago, and I find out one of my favorite composers passed I'll never forget, Wowaka, because of them I started getting into vocaloid
He’s gone and its almost the new year. But, at least he made these songs and went for it. If he didn’t, these songs wouldn’t have existed. That’s why we show respect, he made music that touched people’s hearts and made real life things through some of them like rolling girl and Uraomote lovers. It’s nice they still have Miku perform these songs and they were kept in the new project diva. We miss you Wowaka....
He inspired ppl.Thank you wowaka. He died of heart failure at 31 years old.His last song created is Unknown Mother Goose. The song that is made to be loved and remembered is Rolling Girl,a favourite in the Vocaloid Community. He inspired me to write songs and sing them.Thank you for your works, wowaka.
This is the first time I've found myself listening to vocaloid music in 3 years. I only recently found out that wowaka was the creator behind some of my favorite songs. I'm learning and researching him out of respect for him and his work. May he rest in peace.
May Wowaka rest in peace. His works are so special to me and it really broke my heart when I found out about his passing. His music will live on forever.
We lost Samfree in 2015, huge loss of Vocaloid world. We now lost Wowaka in 2019, huge loss of Vocaloid world again! Why the God is so jealous to those genius we love!!!
I was seriously heartbroken when I learned he died and for a while, it was actually difficult for me to even listen to Vocaloid. May he rest in peace. Great video btw!
One of the first vocaloid songs i listened to was two-faced lovers, world’s end dancehall, and rolling girl. I just discovered unhappy refrain just this month. You will be missed wowaka.. i heard your other songs and they are beautiful as always. We love you and thank you for your contribution to this vocaloid community! :<
I'm on the edge of crying everytime I think and comprend Wowaka isn't here anymore. I felt so identificated with his songs, and I love it a lot, and I spend so many hours on Project Diva only with his songs. I can't accept the fact about he gone, it's shocking, I can comprend but not process it onmyself. for me was like, imagine you have a older clone, but clone at the end, and he dies, it's so weird and no accepting plus discusting feeling, isn't is? that's how I feel about Wowaka. That's why I want change my stress, my anxiety, and live more relaxed, bc I can't live so longer than him living like him with all that stress and anxiety constantly; the only thing I think I can have better than him it's my healthy food, but that's all. I admire him, and I respected a lot plus enjoed with his work, he is one of the most importan persons on my life.
I have been out of the Vocaloid community for almost 4 years now. While I was scrolling through my RU-vid recommendations I saw a video talking about Wowaka's death. I almost cried right there,I loved all of his songs ㅡ and it's sad to see that after stopping creating songs for a while he went back with Unknown Mother Goose and after almost 2 years he died. Rest in Peace Wowaka, you'll forever be in my heart and a part of my childhood. Thank you for bringing us Rolling Girl,Unhappy Refrain,Two-Faced Lovers,World End's Dancehall and finally Unknown Mother Goose. Wherever you are,I hope you're happy
Whoa, only 31? He was taken from this world, too soon. Rest in peace, Wowaka... You've left an epic legacy behind for the rest of us to remember you by. 😭✌
being a fan of hatsune miku for a long time, i still cant believe this. rolling girl was the first ever time i heard of wowaka and vocaloid. rest in peace wowaka. you will be missed. 1987-2019
Wowaka’s songs were one of my fist VOCALOID songs I have ever heard in my entire life of a VOCALOID geek. His songs brought me into the world of VOCALOID and so he will be dearly missed. Rolling girl was my first wowaka song and he was one of my favourites other than DECO*27 and GigaP. I will never forget your songs wowaka, they were wonderful and me and other fans will continue watching your songs. Thank you Wowaka for being a big part of the VOCALOID community. I hope you rest in peace 😊😭😊😭😊😭
His songs made me figure out more of the community. Two faced lovers was my second Vocaloid song. I thank him for making these songs or I would never really know Vocaloid.
I couldn't help but start singing along for World End's Dance Hall and when I did I started crying. Rest in piece Wowaka, you have a place in all of our hearts.
I was watching it normally, just like a compilation of his songs, Unhappy Refrain made me quite sad, but when i heard Rolling Girl i almost teared up, it's too emotional 😖💔
A total genius, a clever artist, yet still more memorable in the hearts of all people, he made history, he invented, he insipired, but no one can compare something more powerful than that.
When it got to rolling girl I literally broke down crying. All of the memories I have thanks to Wowaka just came flooding back. Rest in Peace, you will be remembered so fondly as you have inspired and influenced so many of us.
Wowaka is, without a doubt (at least to me), the best vocaloid, no, music producer of all time. He will be missed in the hearts of generations of vocaloid fans
it’s so weird having vocaloid without him. the main reason i’m into vocaloid now is because of his music. world’s end dancehall, rolling girl, and two faced lovers were a big part of my childhood. damn, things can really change that quick.. it’s unbelievable. i hope he rests easy,,
I’m relatively new to vocaloid since I discovered it in the summer of 2017. Two Faced Lovers was probably the first vocaloid song I heard other than nyan cat. It’s what got me into the whole thing. wowaka eventually became my favorite producer. Although amazing in it’s own right, his skill with Miku goes beyond his tuning or his melodies. What I love about his music is the flow of the vocals: they’re smooth, catchy, and mesmerizing. I don’t think anybody does Miku’s vocal flow like he does. Two Faced Lovers, World’s End Dancehall, Unhappy Refrain, and Unknown Mother Goose are some of my absolute favorite songs. Although he may be gone, his legacy will live in through his incredible art. Thank you, wowaka.
