in the trailer for the set hwei was said to reduce the round cost by 1 at 2 star, but that never made it to the pbe, idk if it's bugged or they just deemed it too op before it went to the pbe(3 star hwei will make 8 copies of whoever's on the spot in 1 round)

I hit my first 3* irelia with it yesterday. Also had the exalted piggy bank which helped massively since your gold income is vital. Was 1 off of azir and xayah too. It's definitely strong if you can survive to late game you're almost guaranteed to win
