Hey sis !! I use dial soap for all my piercings do not use alcohol lol it drys it out well for me I don’t like my stuff crusty that dial get you right but just for piercings lol and I have that ear piercing in my ear like you and It don’t hurt sis you must be hitting it or something I had mine for 4 years and it’s ok but that noise that shit hurted back then I was like if it close I’m not getting it again lol but it’s been 7 years still open even when I go months with out it in
