You can get appliances, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, furniture, tubs, toilets, sinks..... everything on Offer Up, Letgo and Craigslist duh! Amateurs. But make sure you do have licensed contractors. They only budgeted $750 for the drywall and framing. Did they not do any type of research at all? They confuse me a lot.

I gave up a utility room to make a second bathroom in a house that was 998 sq ft. It was awesome and came out beautiful! Walk in shower, commode, sink. Moved the water heater and washer dryer out the porch and enclosed that section with cement board. I will NEVER live in a house that has only one toilet ever again!
