Are you a resident? If yes, could you please share your contact number? We are interested in another project of Siddha - Siddha suburbia, but now after going through multiple complains, we are second guessing our decision. It would be nice if we could clarify some of our doubts with a resident.

Such issues are bound to happen as RERA is not implemented in West Bengal

Please dont book flat with Siddha ,not at all a good builder .You will be harassed .Once you book the flat you cant do anything except the payment .They dont deliver flat on time, they charge 12% for delay payment .You have to just make the payment as per their demand letter ,or you will be harassed ,your hardcore money will be on toss .So be careful .In September 2018 they send me the fit out notice when nothing was completed and not in livable condition .For my delay payment they charge 12% and as per agreement they should pay 12% to the customer if they dont deliver on time . I have send 100 mails but No Reply .I book the flat in 2015 at the time of booking they promised to deliver with all the amenities and garden in in Sept 2018 (with extended period of 6 month ) but nothing was ready by that time except tower and was forcing us to take the handover with the interested they have slapped for the delay payment .They dont listen ,Dont Reply ,only money and money that's all

These flats are being constructed in areas where there was nothing couple of years back.

I have mentioned per square foot rate. Now the area of each flat varies from 900 to 1250 sq ft. So u can have an idea :)

Don't buy. I live nearby. The area is not the safe. The local crowd is very cheap. I went to purchased the same, they will initially brain wash you by showing you a video.

Stay Away From Siddha .....Siddha Is a Trap ,you will be harassed once you will book flat in Siddha .There are 1000 of Customers who has been harassed by Siddha Builder

There are different areas in 2BHK (900-1100 sq ft). They are built up area. Rates around 3800/- per sq ft. But contact their marketing team for more details. Maintenance charges Rs 3.5/- per sq ft.

Maintenance is Rs 3.5 per square feet. There is no 5 bhk nor duplex. Rest you can call and ask other details at sidha office.

Mam, the rates are around 3800/- per square feet. 2bhk flat may cost you around 42 lacs with all taxes. But the maintenance is too high. Around 4rs per sq feet. So monthly outgoing would be around 4k.

These properties in kolkata is near chowmatha. Price of the 2bhk flats are around 40-45 lakhs.

Don't compare with BANGALURU It is one of the best city of India .It is known as silicon valley of India . please don't compare Kolkata with BANGALURU.kolkata is most dirty city in India . whole street and foot paths occupied by various vendors and Street food sailors even the Railway's platforms are captured by"Gugni egg jhal muri and so on" and the conditions of Bus stand in Dal housy, just come to Bangalore Karnataka and see the KEMP GOWDA BUS AND RAIL STATION (MAJESTIC BUS STAND, BANGALORE AIR PORT) You will never compare that dirty city Kolkata with Bangalore.

Cost of 3bhk apartment in kolkata rajarhat is around 65-75 lacs. But still you can confirm it with Siddha Happyville marketing team.
