Words of wisdom, thank you. I concur! You and Matt need to get married as soon as possible, Tiffany. This will be pleasing to God. And please don't take what I'm about to say as condemning you or controlling you. The Lord Himself said in the book of John that in order to see Heaven, we MUST BE BORN AGAIN. That means you must be born of the spirit. And that happens when you repent of your sins, turn from them, and then trust Christ for your eternal salvation. Not your own good works like catholicism will tell you. Because no one is good enough to save themselves. Only Jesus's sacrificial blood on the cross can pay the penalty for your sins. So, sincere repentance because God knows your heart and then trust Christ to save your soul. Not if, but WHEN you do this, you and Matt need to live separately until you're married. And that's why you need to get married right away. Plan the big party for a later date. Remember, we're all sinners, and not one of us knows when we will die. But God does. So, you and Matt get right with Him so that when you lay your heads on you pillows at night you can rest knowing that if you die before you wake, the LORD will welcome you into His loving arms. BTW...there is no purgatory. That would make the cross pointless, now wouldn't it?

So true! So many of us (myself included) are waiting "until this" or "until that" to do something. Why not just do it today! We're not guaranteed a tomorrow.
