You know.. the fact of how many ppl here are saying how they couldn't beat the game without this... Is making me kind proud i beat it with no help what do ever..Expect loop! Loop was my only helper!! Thank you loop! I blinding love loop. They awesome (Both without and with knowing.)
I needed help once very very late in the game and honestly only cause I was missing something blindingly obvious. I felt the game did a great job for the most part guiding you, especially if you are the type of player to look at everything your first couple of loops as it makes the later hints (particularly in act 3 where you have to do the most back and forth) much easier to understand.
@@spoopyghost3333 lmao heavens forbid a game have a slow-pace for an LGBT+ relationship Jokes aside, how is it queerbaity? Just because it doesn't happen fast doesn't automatically associate it with queerbait (please be careful how you use the word)
@@allopeep543 Well, they keep teasing it and teasing it and teasing it. And so far, no matter what I do nothing really changes. If Isa does confess to Sif eventually, then I retract my statement. But I'm playing the game now and all I feel is frustration to some story parts. Which I know the characters gotta have some realism, but you just want things to move along already, ya know? Added: If it helps im hitting 20 hours playing this game without looking at the full guide 😓 Dont even know how to loop myself in Dormont to go to other floors faster instead of just going to floor one and get crushed by the bolder
This feels like a very important video to remind people that you can jump 5- and 10-second intervals forward and backward on with the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard.
What a magical game... It truly captures charm and love and found family in one small yet impactful package. Such a quick play--it has to be, time loops can get way too repetitive anyways--but one that definitely leaves a mark on your heart. Will definitely be back to rewatch it.
I CANT BELIEVE YOU MANAGED TO DO EVERYTHINGISH. IT CAME OUT LIKE 4-5 DAYS AGO. anyways thank you so so much because this came out so early guides were hard to find :(
Jesus Christ. Oh my god. I’m like 9 hours in and what the hell. It’s like 2 am I should uhh really take a break. But I don’t think can sleep after this. I’m so tense wow. This is uhh a game fs. (It is literally so good, I’m just co-experiencing the horrors)
Y’all idk if I’ll be able to make it to act 6 without having a breakdown. Smth about this game really just hits deep in my bones that I can’t shake. It’s so good but like. It is doing WONDERS for my anxiety /sar
Great game, could use some help in avoiding players from getting stuck on some parts. I personally wasted a fair amount of time getting the books for certain type of craft in the right order.
Doesn’t help that you’re supposed to visit loop after acknowledging the first one but siffrin directs himself to look for the other books Instead. Cue walking around the house looking for other books when you’re not even supposed to be in the house again yet. Some parts of this game are very badly written and designed.
@@thezecIf you 2 are talking about the section I think then Cause the exact opposite happens in this video and in my playthrough, Siffrin is immediately saying to talk to Loop about the first book in the sequence (it's less clear that said book will be first but tbf, given what becomes available to you at that point it's the most obvious first place to go)
@@grendy558I haven’t beaten Act 3 yet, I’m still getting info on the King, but I’m looking forward to it! 👍 EDIT: Finished Act 3. The King is a rat bastard and I hope he suffers. 🤬
Thank you for making this! I was really stuck trying to get past the Find out more about King/Loops portion (to the point where I was trying to see if the bomb would open one of the doors 😂) and I was able to beat In Stars and Time thanks to your video! As someone who loves Undertale/Omori/Steins;Gate, this was an incredibly satisfying game once you learn looping correctly.
this game feels like your playing undertale in floweys perspective Siffrin is stuck in a loop slowly going insane trying ANYTHING for something new to happen
OMG thanks for making me know that to end ACT 3 you HAVE TO DO FLOOR 3 compulsory. I was stuck looping and looping to the king and nothing was changing, wished that Loop told me something or so, the second half of ACT 3 was exaustingly complicated, Loop should guide you to do a full run of the house or something and be able to question the King all in one loop...
well the game does tell you that. At some point there's a part of dialogue where Sif talks to himself after hanging out with everyone and starts seeing them as family and then goes like "what if we now get to the king without looping, in our current state without breaking our bonds" or something like that.
... I have some many questions... First off, just... How? Who the actual hell write the story for this game and hiw did you manage to create a story so good that it rivals some of the most popular video games ever??!?!!! This is like some Neon Genesis Evangelion level type writing but its actually coherent all the way until the end. Ok but also 1. Whoever wrote this story, ARE YOU OK?!? LIKE GENUINELY HOW DID YOU WRITE THIS WITHOUT HAVING A BREAKDOWN OF YOUR OWN???? ALSO THE STORY WAS WAY TO PERSONAL TO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE SOME OF THE THINGS IN THIS GAME! 2. ACT 5 SCARES ME... 3. 10:06:47 DID SIFFRIN JUST START THE FRICKEN THIRD IMPACT?!?!?!!? BRO HOW POWERFUL WAS HIS DAMN WISH? HE HAD SO MUCH DETERMINATION TO BE WITH HIS FRIENDS THAT IT MAKES CHARA LOOK LIKE AN ANT!
@@snowy9309 thanks ill have to check them out for sure. Im probably gonna get the gane soon since i have enough money. I've just been busy with school. It'll be a great game to play iver the summer.
@@AngieGandalf6 It is something difficult and tricky that is achieved throughout the game. You have to talk to Loop as many times as possible, then they will tell you that you can show them things from your souvenir bag, show them the silver coin, then you have to look at the silver coin several times until Siffrin reveals its origin (You have to do it through the loops, especially in the croissant room, after Siffrin discovers the cause of their amnesia), then show the silver coin to Loop again which will cause a violent reaction in them, continue talking to them, and at the same time end of the game when you find the empty tree you find something there (I won't say what for spoilers) that will go into your souvenir bag, and check it right there as if you were showing it to Loop, and Loop will appear along with the secret epilogue. I hope I have helped you
Wanted to like this game but the amount of text made it feel more like a visual novel than an RPG and I gave up on it about 1/3 of the way through. Appreciate the playthrough so I could speed through and see what happens.
@@snowy9309 Same. I'm currently trying to piece things together before Act 4. Last loop was when I first tried to make him remember the name of the vanished country.
spoiler momence The entire way through the first post king battle I saw the remaining video time and kept going 'oh no', and now at 6:41:32 i see that flavor text and *oh noooooo*....
(37m) LOL, no offense, but I swear to god I've heard this type of creepy BGM/SFX a million times in the most random RPG Maker games. :p I feel like everyone has used it before. :? I guess some people might find it a classic or kind of whatever, but idk. :p
this is my brand new Favorite Thing™️ and i would commit various atrocities for these!! little guys!!! -although its easy to get lost at some points- ODILE FANDOM WHERE
7:42:14 just my luck the clip i need crashed lol, what do you mean look inside the mirror 3 times? I tried and I still don't have the option to ask the King where he's from, can I have some help here please from anyone who has progressed past act 3? I'm very stuck on how to trigger this question as an option, I read the diary and everything
You must need interact with the mirror on floor 3 and go towards the King in the same loop. Check the previous steps (act 3 is the most confusing because you have to search for books, interact with the king, search for more books, talk with Loop and more books... hahaha)
I'm not watching it, because I want to beat the game without spoilers. But I don't know where to find an issue of the book. It seems important that I have to go to the fan of the series and tell them about the last issue, but I have no idea where it is XD
10:38:49 "BUT LIKE IN THE WAY A VERY SHARP COOKING KNIFE WITH FLOWERS AND LITTLE HEARTS IS SMALL AND CUTE!" ??????????????? OH MY GOD??????????? THAT'S *SOMETHING* TO SAY FOR SURE. (WHAT DO I DO TO GET TOLD THIS. ME 'N WHO.)
One of the pieces is inside the blind guy’s house in the village (passphrase is “change”), then you get the thing from Mirabelle’s room, and finally the last piece is in her roommate Claude’s hand
You can leave the final room and go back to dormont. Then go too the favor tree. You'll get some loop shinanigans. Or won't. And get a cutscene of Siffrin leaving something important.. at their ''grave''. If you want the spoilers for the secret ending.. you honestly should either replay it or watch a playthrough.
@@markopujic660A huge kickstarter and already existing fanbase connected to the creator? I suppose it also lacks that let's-player appeal with its (purposeful) tedious elements, so it might not get as popular. It's definitely more of a "play it yourself" game rather than a "watch someone play it" game. Uhh, this video notwithstanding.
