This is an unusual tip from my coach, but when you hit shots from the back you don't need to bend your legs too much cause it can slow you down. Also certain shots, if anticipated, can save you so much energy. Compared from another vid I saw- you really improved. Keep going mate- cheering for you!
Your game has improved a lot mate. However one weak point that I feel is that while hitting the shots in the rear side of the court, you need to reach there early and hit while moving forward. Try it, it helped me, maybe would work for you too :)
Agreed. His game has improved a lot but most of his points won was when he was holding the shuttle. Also, there wasn't much change of pace from his side, but rather trying to match the pace of his opponent. Was good to watch : )
@@shekharsingh9288 it's when you delay hitting the shuttle till the last possible second. This allows you to look at your opponent's racket and body position, stance and where he is shifting his footwork and body weight. The aim is to get them off balance and do a poor shot or get them to keep guessing. You can control the pace rather than responding to the opponents shot. It dictates how the game goes. His opponent did that well. Good clears and he wasn't rushing and these were right to the back.
