@@lucasanimations5102 In what way? The ideea of Sending only machines on front that feed on blood? Idk where they'd get the blood once the human soldiers become obsolete. Other machines?
Ok but why does this go so fucking well with the animation? Like if a teacher showed me this animation with this music in school like they do with all those other social commentary videos I would actually think "damn they actually found a good one this time"
Because the music is from ultrakill, and the music here depicts the legacy of mankind in ultrakill - who kept fighting each other over hundreds of years until they ultimately doomed each other.
I feel like this one is so good because it knows it's not deep. It knows that "war sucks" is a pretty common opinion, but the creator just wanted to express it anyway, so it focuses on the pointlessness of war rather than its horror. Not just does it allow it to be a bit sillier in tone, but it lines up almost exactly with the message in the Violence layer.
It's well animated but very misguided. The idea that all people are naturally evil and bad and do wars is bullshit, and a lie started by the rich and powerful to keep their status.
As the earthmover was close to annihilation, it begged for mercy, the V model 1 not caring for any kind of mercy then said "there is no mercy grandpa, this is war, war without reason"
@@TheMan-q5q Idk if I was a weird kid, but I would play with my toys in the shower and act like the shower water were raining bullets, and have everything just get gunned down
Sort of? I mean it's kind of implied the Final War was literally just WW1 but MUCH longer Edit: During the dev commentary stream Hakita literally confirmed it was WW1.
@@toymaster4041kinda, imagine ww1, ww2, Cold War and this current modern warfare but instead of being gradual advancements of warfare dispersed throughout different wars, with some breaks and truces dispersed throughout, it is a continuous, unending cycle of warfare, technological advances that improves, with no end or truces in sight, never a break for either nations involved to recover, in the end no one wins, as humanity perishes, and the machines prevailed, yet they thirst for more blood, and enter hell upon doing so… until one droplet of blood entered the brain of out lobotomized creature of steel, V1.

You even see the piece of gold drop as they keep fighting for no reason. Technology even evolutioned in a few seconds as they fought yet they kept fighting for a piece of gold they didn't even need anymore. And that's actually how every war starts.
Machine? Can’t you hear! The siren song call of death? Does the world look red enough for you with this war without reason? Is this not enough? This suffering leaves a toll you know. So tell me, do robots dream of eternal sleep? Let’s danse macabre
@@amogamogus9595V1 was never used in the final war, but he waged war on hell during the events of ultrakill. it’s implied that hell consumed the earth in god’s absence, so after ultrakill ends and hell is destroyed there will be literally nothing left
As the machines, now small in scale, raised their heads towards the Earthmovers that were Like Antennas to Heaven, V2 said to V1: "Yeah, they're fighting a war... a War Without Reason."
Went to the original animation. The comments are just flooded with ultrakill references. I ammend your dedication to the spread of ultrakill brainrot soldier
I started crying so hard when the earthmover looked into v1 with its last bit of energy before dying and let out the words “this was truly… a war… without reason”. Fire writing hakita
