'who wants to be drained of their energy to constantly reassure someone that it's all their head? it's not fair. it's not fair to anyone.' wow. and so comes the guilt...fantastic poem

I had tears rolling down my cheeks the entire time. I know exactly how it feels to breathe everyday when you're barely even living! This explains exactly how I feel! I feel trapped inside my own thoughts! My life's a mess and my mind's chaotic! I just hope everyone of us heal someday. I hope we find the light within ourselves someday. I hope we all will be happy someday. I hope we all have the strength to endure our pain! Much power and love to everyone of us fighting our own battles ❤

This hit home... This entire thing made me tear up. My boyfriend and best friend have to constantly deal with me when I hit the "hole" on some days. You hit a point where you think people would be better off without you. You feel like a monster that breaks everything you touch. The real question, is how to get out of those holes.

Ek glo jy het al baie hieroor gebid maar gee ook jou kant en veg daarteen, die duiwel het ook n groot aandeel hieraan en moet met wortel en tak vetwyder word. Ek bid vir jou.
