Miha Kovačič, Head of the Slovenian Convention Bureau and President of SITE Slovenia Chapter presented Slovenia at SITE NITE North America 2020. He was joined by Mojmir Šiftar, an excellent chef and rising star in Slovenian gastronomy to prepare two authentic Slovenian dishes.
We are extremely proud that this year, Michelin, the most prestigious gastronomic guide in the world has recognised the quality of Slovenian gastronomy and added Slovenia to its list of new destinations.
