I have a Racer and yes the riding position is radical but I love it! It looks cool and I have never had a bike that so many people have come up to me and said what a beautiful looking bike it is. If you don’t want to customise an R9T I’m sure there must be low mileage Racers that are available 🇬🇧🏍
Maybe you can search some customization brands that are not bmw,I'm sure they have conversion kits, even more with the nine t which is very easy to convert.
You do know how to hang on aftermarket accessories don't you ? ..then get a 1/4 café race fairing and hang it on the front of an urban GS ..and tada !!!!
There are many spots bikes and high performance bikes in market at this price range but not like bmw r nine t.. simple,pure,timeless machine with detailing.. Love from India..
@@bmwmotorrad the USA website shows 2021 models with last year’s options. I love the new headlamp and cruise control. I’ll wait until these models arrive stateside.
Would love to make the Urban GS like a modern HP2 Enduro. With the black and yellow would be very nice. Or a all new HP2 Enduro! One of my dream bikes.

honestly the only thing holding me back from buying this bike is the lack of a fuel gauge i do math at work everyday, i do not want to do it so i don't end up stranded on the roadside
Love @ first sight is real. Been browsing RU-vid for the last few days now looking for a new bike growing tire of my sport motor I want something comfy with that classic modern look. I hope it's intuitive and fun to ride as good as it looks. Don't know way BMW bikes always get rag on by cycle culture. Well going have to see the nearest Bemer dealer soon. Oh question is it good for city riding?
Thank you, that was very interesting. I had an R1150r before they became water cooled and the R9T is very similar to it, I might be tempted to get an R9T pure just out of nostalgia for my old bike. Loved it.

My very 1$t employment at 16 years old fresh off the farm was working for my local BMW motor cycle shop back in 1967 ..and the 1$t year we became a franchise dealer for Moto Guzzi motorcycles..we also had Norton , Triumph , BSA, Ducati, Bultaco , and Suzuki with the famous X6 Hustler 250 was their biggest bike at that time ....so as a kid of about a buck "0" 5 was I living a dream in a motorcycle candy store or what ? . as for the Suzuki's I was put in charge of all service work as I loved two strokes and owned a Suzuki,120cc tracker we had built up at this dealer and was the reason I got the job....with the Norton's I was set up out of the crate syc the carbs and balance the timing ..test ride and make sure each one could top out 125mph ..realy ..and onto the showroom , same for the Ducatis ..as far as the rest the shop had their own specialists but when it came to the BMW's don't even think about it .. Don't start one up , don't even push one across the floor ..simply don't even touch one ..as this was orders for every one working at the shop per orders if the owner who took care of all the Beamer's .. ..and mark Royer's BMW was a street legal version of a 600cc MotoGP bike with a full motogp racing fairing with the jugs sticking through the sides of this full race fairing ....so I believe you all would agree with my experience I can make a pretty good call opinion of these new sprouts from the beamers ....they all look like ton up naked café racers with British styling ...this may sound like an insult to some and a joke to others ..but if I had had these new puppies back then and when , I probably wouldn't have survived to the age of 18 ..as first mark would have killed me for burning the tits off the tires and the police would have shot me for topping them out on hwy 63 that ran pasts t our showroom window
Beautiful bikes, special the 719 (why this number), if you want to look great with a bike, it is top on my list. If I want to have fun driving I stay with my KTM
