In The Studio: Ken Loach, The Old Oak, BBC World Service Part 2 

This is the second part of Sharuna Sagar's exclusive documentary behind the scenes with legendary film director Ken Loach as he makes his third and final film in the north east of England. In this episode she follows Ken and his team as they shoot, edit and record the soundtrack for The Old Oak and is on location to witness Ken Loach's unique style of social realist film making.Throughout his career from Kes to The Wind That Shakes The Barley to I, Daniel Blake, the 87-year-old film-maker does not like to tell the cast what is going to happen from one scene to the next. He explains his reasons, while star Dave Turner reveals what it is like to be surprised every day on set.
