Began adding details to figures today. Those who follow my work will realize that I rarely include figures. Though uncommon, there is precedent in this series, as one of the early works, "#BeAllTheseThingsAndMore," had a multi-armed figure, loosely traced from my own silhouette.
Today's studio session is day 17 of working on the 20th large-scale painting in an ongoing series. Airbrush, acrylic, latex, dye, and ink on grommetted canvas, 60" x 120". Loving the new @METALTECHscaffolding, as it helps facilitate safer AND faster painting! And, many thanks to the @nvartscouncil and @neaarts for a grant in support of this work.
