I am not usually an envious type of guy but I am VERY envious of your Studio/Setup. Also having discovered you through the Forzo Demo (which resulted in me buying it), you are clearly not only talented as a Composer but a nice guy. SOOOOO frustrating to have to not find fault .. lol :) Awesome stuff.

Fantastic, this might be the most amazing synth-oriented studio I've seen.

So that's how the finished studio looks like...freaking gorgeous. Also, I really need to try that pedal to record-trick!

to setup all this is required a clear mind and confidence of the best workflow. I have 3 midi controllers + streamdeck xl and was already a nightmare . But funny fact, take a look in the studio of the guy who composed Mission Impossible, it was so simple that i felt humbled

just commenting to recommend these akg k240 mk2 you see at 25:50 to anyone looking for a new pair. These are the absolute "stop worrying about it and just make music" solution.

so.... since it's all knobs, you can't save a mix to work on it later? I don't know how you save all those settings then work on any other project the next day. Can someone explain? Jason? Craig? Anyone?
@SoundironAudio
@SoundironAudio 2 года назад
With some analog gear and pedals you definitely can't recall settings and most either write them down to take pictures. Some gear like he mentioned has software that works with it and those I believe can save presets.
@TruthSurge

@@SoundironAudio ok, thanks. yeah prob bigger units have something like system dump to save settings like MIDI etc. thanks!!!

Most outboard gets recorded live, in real-time. So it's already printed for recall :)

Thank you for doing this inspiring tour! I always wonder what was the total spend necessary for such a studio setup and all the work done to make it happen... how many successful scores would you need to be able to afford such a room? :D

Great setup! It's giving me inspiration for my own. Hope you can answer a few questions. 1. What software are you running on the ipad to control cubase? 2. How are you routing the strymons into cubase as a hardware insert and back? 3. What converters are you using to get so many channels? Thanks!

At around @09:30, how did you get the eq/channel strip/insert area to load in the other computer video monitor? Also, which computer monitors are those? I'm shopping for some.

Nice tour. Only problem: the patches/instruments he shows at different times are almost inaudible, only the voice cuts out

Anyone know what screen brand/model he is using at the piano ? is it the Samsung S34J550WQR 34 ?
@CatWAVE-qq1gs
@CatWAVE-qq1gs 2 года назад
Is it really a must to have tons of devices and external stuff?? I only have my vsts and I feel I can do anything he's able to do. If the piano and Nord lead sound can be replicated :)
@bluestringmusic
@bluestringmusic Год назад
It’s about efficient workflow. Working on game audio with hundreds of tracks and transitions requires moving really quick and not spending an hour finding a vst for one sound.
