Respectfully, you are teaching incorrectly. That intersection displays a stop bar. Stop sign or no stop sign if a stop bar is painted on the road you must come to a complete stop and go when it is safe to do so. The answer is the car can turn right or go straight when it is safe and after the car has come to a complete stop.
