This song from 1983 is my favorite George Benson song. I loved it when it came out and I love it now. This is a great song for using 10th chords on the left hand. A 10th simply replaces the 3rd note of the chord and uses the 10th note of the scale instead - the same 3rd note, just an octave higher - if you have the span and can reach that far. If you can’t, roll it instead by playing 1st, 5th and 10th as an arpeggio. I did record this early on in this channel but I was never happy with the audio, so here’s a much nicer and cleaner version. This starts in the key of C Major and the chorus moves into D Major and back into C for the verse. Again, no sheet music used for this - just my interpretation of listening to the song and following the track. I hope you enjoy it.
