its always funny to see how stephen will rush them through everything because they only have like 6 minutes XD
@Amberscion
@Amberscion 6 лет назад
@Ouch my nuckin futz He rushes them while still wasting their limited time _trying_ to be funny. If he'd just let them do their thing they would fill the time just fine and would be a far more quality piece. I love Ina's show. Like all chef guests on any of the comedy shows she was super rushed, but when she is in her element she is always very calm and relaxing. She reminds me of Bob Ross, just a cook instead of a painter. Giada may have the gorgeous going for her, but I'd rather watch Ina any day.

@Amberscion
@Amberscion 6 лет назад
@shopworn angel You'll note that Ina didn't correct him, just saying "They are very good daiquiris." But while they may have had the double rum, or at least Steven's did, they still had the sugar which is omitted from a Hemingway daiquiri.

Watching each other mutually on a daily basis before performing reminds me of... Oh. My. God. I dunno whether it's a greater compliment that she is his Fox, or that he is her Donald. Stephen is so inherently egotistical that he is irritating at times. When he started this show he finally was brought into the CBS CEO’s office and told that he MUST let other ppl do their jobs. He was micromanaging everything the way he did on the old Colbert Report and everyone was ready to quit. Even HERE he has to be better than Ian Garten even taking over chocolate curls! GIVE IT A REST COLBERT! He has ZERO humility!

That's not panzanella. Panzanella is made with: old bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions. To dress ONLY vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. You don't eat it right away, but you let it rest in the fridge overnight so that the flavours develop and mix up and also the bread gets soaked with all the vegetable juices.
@sonyahannah
@sonyahannah 6 лет назад
Your version sounds good, too, but I have an Italian friend who says that it's okay to play with the recipe.
@GiuseppePipia
@GiuseppePipia 6 лет назад
Although I agree that it is okay to play with the recipes, I don't agree on calling variations the same thing. If you want panzanella, the recipe I gave you is the original. All the others are just salads, that you can name whatever else but panzanella.
@sonyahannah

Thanks!
@neurohuman

The purpose of most chefs and cooking shows is to come up with new versions of classic recipes. She never said this was the classic/original version of panzanella, but it is her new take on it. Criticism on the name only stifles creativity.
