I have been trying to recall the singer of an Hausa Christian song that was one of my favourites when I lived in Jos, Plateau State years ago😢. The accompanying acoustics sound just like Kaestrings, just the guitar strings. The opening lines goes, " Masu dogara ga Ubangiji .Sunan ka na medusa si yo na..." I don't even know if I got the lyrics right. Forgive me if it's wrong😊. Anyone who can help please do. I would love to hear that song again

Specifically and relatedly, yet, some think Yesu means Savior and is of Akan origin. Another school of thought suggests it means Jesus and originates from India, Kannada. Also, yet another school of thought posits it describes Yeshu (Hebrew: יֵשׁוּ Yēšū) mentioned in rabbinic literature, thought to refer to Jesus.
