There is definitely something wrong with how we as Kaizer Chiefs use these players, and we need to be honest about it so we can learn and correct ourselves. There is no way on earth that players can be top performers in their previous clubs, and all of a sudden when they come to Chiefs they fail to perform. If you can take the same players to Sundowns or at least Supersport, you will be surprised to see them performing. We need to do proper profiling about the players, know their strengths and weaknesses, identify the appropriate areas they can excel in, who they can partner with if it's about defenders.
