it's crazy how so many people predicted that Lightbulb would win and now she placed 4th She was still an amazing character and had one of the biggest *GLOW*-ups from season 1
Lightbulb is my favorite character. Her story is one of the most special to me and her narrative is one of the most unique i’ve ever seen, sad she’s eliminated but what an appropriate way for her to go out! Alternate Reality Show is so special because it shows there’s another side to her that she hides with her quirkiness, it’s so difficult for her to say anything straight and she never does, not even she can overcome it because no one will take her seriously. But she doesn’t need to. There’s people that can understand her like Test Tube, and she can belong with them. Even after she escapes her reality and believes she’s meant to belong with the other one note archetypes she is perceived as, she finds she’s more than that in the end. I love how she was built up over the past four years to be ready to fight for her team, determined to win, but that’s what was expected of her. Truthfully she just wanted her friends. It’s so cool, Lightbulb is a character that takes advantage of the Object Show format in such a unique way- a character who was originally devised as just another funny one on the surface has depth that causes you to rethink her actions, but it doesn’t need to become her primary characteristic for her to prove that to others. It’s so fitting that for someone who struggles with being true to her emotions she’s eliminated via lie detector, and she doesn’t need to change she just stops lying to herself and makes the choice to go home. Such an incredible character that means the world to me and I hope to see her soon❤️

Lightbulb is really funny and a good character, and I understand why many people wanted her to win. But in my opinion, Adam did the right thing in not making her the winner, because this means that he respects other characters, and not just those who have many fans That's very good of him
I'm pretty mad and upset because I've waited like 5 years for this series to continue just for one of the most lovable and favoritable character in all of II just to lose but I will admit 4th place isn't bad
Yep. She even has a pet crab named Baxter which provided a lot of comedy in Episode 12 and Baxter (acting as a radioactive crab) was the main reason Lightbulb and Test Tube are able to come back to the correct universe.
Inanimate insanity has so many of the most iconic object show characters. Light Bulb, Knife, Bow, Nickel, Baseball, the original Taco. Even some of the newer characters like Fan and YinYang are so good. Imo the best object show.
My heart shattered when lightbulb got eliminated, ever since the show started I was rooting for lightbulb to win for being such a positive, funny character in the show And on top of that an Amazing Leader for her team It’s sad to see all of the bright lights eliminated
I know… but luckily, Lightbulb reunited with Paintbrush at the time she got eliminated. So I guess you can say this elimination was more heartwarming. Baseball’s elimination in the same episode will probably be more sad. Lightbulb might still be her silly self when the movie comes out… or at least have Lightbulb’s silly moments.
bro, lightbulb is literally me. ToT like i'm a jokester, and i brighten (haha get it) the mood, but when i'm not with my allies, i feel like i don't have a purpose
Almost anything that comes out of lightbulb's mouth is guaranteed to be good, whether funny, serious, insightful or anywhere in between. She has to be my fav character in all of ii. However, despite the many classic lines like "OMGA!" and "sorry i drink when I'm depressed", i think my personal favourite lines are Michael's brilliant improv in the background, when he's clearly been directed to say something vaguely in relation to what lightbulb's doing and just hits it out of the ballpark everytime! It adds so much liveliness to her as a character even when she's not the main focus. Even if you dont agree, i'd reccomend looking back and listening to scenes like when lightbulb is tampering with the time machine or talking about her flying buddies. I just think its a nice touch 👌
I love how the last time Lightbulb calls out Paintbrush's name before she's eliminated is the only time in the entire season where she calls Paintbrush their name instead of nicknames (Painty, Brush full of paint, Tall fella, etc.). It was a really good way for her to go out, as sad as it was.
I genuinely remembered the day 2013 Lightbulb had peak comedic moments as a team captain, and she let her spirits brighten the show (pun intended). And of course she is the Mangum Opus of 2013 weird faces. Alos this editing moment deserves a gold star because this 9:47 was so genius. Lightbulb foresaw her death before dying. Really the video editing sight to behold.
Lightbulb is so well written and an amazing character. I relate to her a lot (not more than Mic) but she’s super funny and special to me. Her and Paintbrush’s friendship made me cry at least 3 times.

Lightbulb is one of my favorite Inanimate Insanity characters. I'm glad she played a great game. She was so silly, and always fun at parties. To Adam, Brian, Justin and the rest of the crew: Thank you so much for your hard work. I wish we could collaborate on the project as a voice actor. May your future burn bright until the end of time. Never give up on your dreams.
Hey Adam!! words can’t describe how much I miss Springy after season 3, I feel extremely devastated about his disappearance when he left with springbot and I thought I wasn’t going to see him again, I always want to see him in every new coming episode, especially season 4! This is why I am willing to see Springy co-hosting with Mephone4 in season 4! since they are in good terms now, they would become an awesome duo! also, there should be more details about the spring toys too!! Can’t wait for II episode 16 Adam, i’m always feeling excited to watch every new episode! your series is awesome!!! keep up the good work! We love you!!!
now that ii17 is out, lightbulb dies in that episode, so this video could possibly be a memorial for her death... were they warning us😭😭 (the way i'm actually so sad over an object dawg i'm never seeing lightbulbs the same ever again)

My favorite character is truly wonderful. I am convinced of this every day. I really appreciate that she knows how to find the bright side of things and almost never gets sad. It is truly wonderful.
