My most anticipated figure of the year right here! Definitely unfortunate about the paint and chain, but WOW, the accessories, likeness, and clothing are just immaculate! You KNOW im reading that potions book 😂 They really knocked this one out of the park ❤ Edit: 9.5/10!?? Damn, Will. Doing my boy dirty. This base alone is a 10/10. Tsk tsk tsk. 10/10, ALL DAY!
Nice to hear comments like this. Excited for a release and feel your energy. Congrats and make sure you show it off when you get it. Minus the QC, this would have been a 10. But kit and inart will sort will out, so soon to be upgraded.
They may have only skipped them for this release because kids hands are too small to fit magnets inside. But I agree, the magnets just don’t work like we’d hoped. I’d rather have regular wrist pegs at this point that can easily hold weapons/accessories. And they really do need to include spare wrist pegs. Unacceptable at this price point. That being said, they nailed this release (assuming others don’t have the same QC issues as Will did). This will probably be my rarest figure I own. Looking forward to having it in hand!
@@prehistoricgentlemanbird9131a month and a half ago . “ Released “ of course for InArt means another year to fully ship out from first to last batch .
This released already??? Whaaat?! I remember preordering this for my wife I think last year? If its coming out now, then that's the quickest InArt has ever released a figure and this looks incredible. My wife will hit the floor! Maybe a few floors! Perfect review, thank you.
I love Harry Potter. I grew up on those films as I was about 5-6 years old when the first film came out. This isn’t something I would buy but you can’t deny they really did a good job on this figure even if it’s a super niche market. Hopefully they do figures from The Deathly Hallows.
Fantastic review and showcase. Nice you show off the figure, all setup at the start, during and end. So many times reviews are stuck on particular incomplete parts put together, it gets boring and you just want to initially see what it looks like. Then go into the details. I think this is a 9, say that as I can't see anything at fault minus the annoying QC issues. I am interested to see jnd premium trio. See if that's the best one overall. It's a good price point, but the likeness / set needs to be there. Great work Will.
Thanks for the review. Good job! I missed Harry so I passed on Ron and Hermione but I really hope they make the adult versions. Preferably before they announce Snape or Dumbledore so I know if I want to commit. I know InArt has problems they need to resolve (I also do not have my Batman figure) but I love the company. They interact with the community and ask for our feedback and what we want to see in the future. Their figures really are phenomenal and the diaramas and accessories are so well done and detailed. I also GREATLY appreciate their packaging - it's an experience to open their figures. InArt coming into play has benefited us by giving us more options and IPs but more importantly we've seen them force Hot Toys to elevate their products.
Yes, this is all fair! The packaging is really nice, I'm just hoping they improve the security of the headsculpts. Too many come dislodged rattling around. Thanks dude!
Great review Will. Sad to see the QC issues you faced with the scratch on the face and the chain but overall everything looks great! I'm super excited to get this figure and as a Potter head, I apperciate your early review to show the collectors what is coming!
Damn what a release, that likeness is spot on and the accessories are amazing! Kind of sad the base isn’t real wood lol thought that would be their standard, Joker got real wood in the base and I loved that. To be fair Pennywise is a plastic base but I was disappointed with that too. No extra wrist pegs is definitely an oversight I’m surprised by.
It looks amazing! My Aragorn head was loose in the box, my Gandalf was solid though. Aragorn has a scuff on his nose. Spoke to inart and they recommended watercolour pencils to fix the scuff. A little disappointing, but incredible figures.
Awesome video and great review! You do an amazing job being very detailed and showing the good and bad points. I don't think I'll be picking that figure out because it just doesn't fit in my collection but watching a review really makes me want to get him! Keep up the awesome work and thank you for the review!!! Strong work 💪🏻💪🏻
A measurement for the size and comparing the size/height with another 1/6 scale figure, or any figure would be helpful for a review. That's what I always look for in a review. Especially because this is a 1/6 scale figure of a kid. I would like to know the comparation.
QC issues yet again … It’s amazing how slow they are in releasing and shipping yet how many QC issues they permit . From the photos at least that you show ,I don’t think his head looks too big ,remember children in general have different proportions than adults ,which is usually bigger heads . But I do think the arms look a tiny bit longer than they should .
I'm not the only one who purposefully missed out on this one only to realize a year later that I probably shouldn't have, right? I have Ron and Hermione on PO and have to wait for JND to fix their Harry, I guess.
Not for me at all, as a 1/6th collector but not a potter fan, but here to support your efforts for the community. Keep up the reviews and great presentation’s.
Very nice review Will. You seem to have gotten faster at making reviews which I’m happy to see. That’s said, I’d like to see the articulation of the figures you review Will. I know you are the type of collector to display in museum poses, but some of us like to push the limits of our figures, so we’d like to know how much “room” we got to work with.
Thanks bro! Yes, trying to figure out my own formula! Articulation is something I can explore if people want to see it, but I am super careful cause if I damage a figure I'm in a tough spot lol
Another stellar review Will! InArt is my favorite 1/6th company at the moment. After seeing this in person, how do you feel the JND Harry stacks up in regards to the face sculpt?
Will you be selling this Will? As an avid viewer and fan of yours, I know you don’t like to display children in your collection. And as a 1:6 collector and HP fan, I’ll gladly give him a home in my collection 😊
Amazing review man! Was excited to hear your thoughts on this! Bummed you had the scratch on the head sculpt! Hope you get your replacement soon… great point on the hair as well! Now I have to figure out how to get one of these!
wtf bro how tf you getting all these inart figs already and I’m still waiting on my goddamn Batman ? No shade but this shit starting to piss me off . I can’t buy some of the ones I want and the ones I could get an order in on still aren’t here .
so, when are any of these shipping ? getting tired of this „releases“.Where are the Aragorns and Harriey and Batmen😂?? Aragorn sculpted was a day one PO for me? After Aragorn I will be done with Inart sadly. Really do not like their aproach on customers being served their product, and also the massive qc issues. I will stick with Hot Toys, they actually do release when they say it released. And yes I completely understand their Batch system. Just sending out way early review copies is just putting salt in the wound.
This is a great question. I'm beginning to get pretty frustrated with this too. It's been taking far too long and even getting replacement parts is drawn out.
Inart is a bullshit company lmao They’re sending out review copies of Harry Potter, but you got people out here still waiting for their 22 Batman companies a joke.
It’s not trash talking, it’s called me being pissed off I’m still waiting for my 22 Batman. I know why it is do you think I’m that f’in stupid? Maybe you should think before you comment
