I think Starlux is the only airline to have their chairman flying their inaugural flights. It showed how much he care about the airline and love aviation. IFE of JX A350 is awesome. The catering service was brilliant. This was the most special inaugural flight among the inaugural flights out there

Just a great video!!! I'm really excited that I will be flying home the same route in November as part of my Starlux Cebu to Taipei, Taipei to LAX and forwarding on to SFO on Alaska Airlines. Can't wait!!!

Great video with nice annotations on the flight. I'm not the least bit surprised the flight went so smoothly. CEO K.W. Chang is a driven boss who has high expectations of himself and his staff. Just read the Taipei-San Francisco route will begin before end of this year. The one thing I was surprised was there were no goodie bags given to the inaugural flight passengers. Many times Chinese airlines will hand out goody bags before boarding as a symbol of appreciation and good fortune on special flights.

They will give the other two stiff competition. I've seen lots of reviews, I love that they make you feel like you're luxurious no matter the class. Very promising product. Looking forward to fly with them in the future

One Question: did the crew locked the dimmable windows during the flight or were you able to dim them individually by your own?

Great review! I really wish SkyTeam would dump the low-quality China Airlines and let Starlux join SkyTeam. It would form the ultimate alliance of top tier airlines.

I guess EVA & China Airlines will be happy that Starlux joins them. ( 🙄 ).

CEO K.W. Chang had a lot to do with EVA Air being the five-star airline it is today. Of course most if not all folks in Taiwan know what happened btw him and his older siblings that I'll refrain from going into here (Google it). I've no doubt K.W. will shape Starlux into another five-star airline.

Philippine Airlines need to catch up,otherwise starlux will get all their passengers bound to manila😂
