Inaugurated Eschatology 

Drs. G. K. Beale and Benjamin L. Gladd explain the relationship between the Old and New Testaments in terms of eschatology. In the Old Testament, the promises of the latter days only find their true fulfillment in the New Testament revelation of the person and work of Christ. At present, we experience the overlap of the ages as great tribulation, but we must persevere in the knowledge that Christ's eschatological kingdom has been irreversibly inaugurated.
