In a year I usually do Extreme Robots Newcastle, one Robots Live (never know which) and various Robodojo competitor-only events, with Ireland every other year
My lasting memory of this dub is when they said fuck it lets just follow the japanese script nigh-on word for word midway through this season, screw the dub names for hissatsus. And completely ruined the voices for Kevin and Caleb. Can easily do a drinking game and get super pissed up if you take a shot everytime theres some sort of mistake as well 😂
I enjoyed Inazuma's english dub, it's my preferred way of watching the series but I gotta say it's noticeable that the voice cast by season 3 were running low on staff, it's especially noticeable in the latter half as you can tell they were re-using a lot of the same voices.
Funny enough the same could be said for the JP since some opponet do have a similar voice to older character so it is safe to assumed they also re-using va in JP dub to..i noticed that happening many time...or it just my ear.
@@thegaveon5546 They do, but it's not as jarring. For +1, they say Kai (Remastered) and for +2 they say Shin (True). For V2 and V3, they just straight up say V2 or V3. But for the legendary moves (have 5 levels of evolution) they don't say anything.
0:32 I feel like they did not giveTachimukai the role he deserve. I mean sure he ended up as one of the strongest goalkeepers but at the same time he barely played, not even once at the final match, the match where Little Giants showed both their goalkeepers using Daisuke's moves (Endou's grandfather) while Inazuma Japan also had their 2 goalkeepers using Daisuke's as well, 4 goalkeepers, One man moves, it was a missed opportunity. The only time I he had a big role that I can think of is when he and the others faced Genesis team in the 2nd time. That leads to a new point, Tachimukai mastered 3 of Daisuke's special moves that makes him in the same category of both Endou and Rococo, the 3 learned Daisuke's moves, I say they had to add a scene where Daisuke talk to and appreciate Tachimukai's abilities to start with his own moves. (I feel like that last part was confusing, if anyone do read it I hope you get the point).
I'm gonna be honest I hated when they replaced Kevin's VA for the one who also does Chester Horse Sr. it sounds so off and wrong after 2 seasons of normal Kevin, but I'm glad we could hear his version of Dragon Slayer.
Yeah. But when the moves name is comes up on the screen wrong its more dumb. I.e bryon call god Break the actual name of the move. The sub title calls it almighty break. 😂😂😂
OG Season 3 was my favourite season, and I was sad that many amazing moves like Grand Fire, Gran Fenrir, Dragon Slayer, Dimensional Hand, God Catch, Excalibur, Unicorn Boost, Brave Shot, ogre movie moves like Death Break, Needle Hammer, HIgh Voltage, etc... were not in Inazuma Go Galaxy: Big Bang and Supernova.. I have a feeling history will repeat itself
@@manoyal Considering that in all the trailers we've only seen moves are in inazuma go galaxy , it's safe to say that the move selection will probably the the exact same as go galaxy with the inclusion of are/orion moves(since we saw inakabiri dash, shining bird and kings lance)
To this day I still don’t know how the version or plus versions of the moves work in the English dub 😅 Also 18:12 made me laugh hard than it needed to 😂
@@Loner098 I’m more curious on why they would have some character say their original Japanese names for special moves and not their dub ones Especially since mark says the Japanese name of fireball knuckle even though it’s dub name exist
@duelmastershideout278 I guess Ariat Play English thought some of the Japanese names sounded cooler than their dub names, while Fireball Knuckle was a move that I don't remember having it's name said in Japanese.
@@TaleOfTheToaster i know its very goofy but some characters sound WAY better then in the English dub and i can name a few , Axel, Shawn, Xavier, Paolo, Byron, Darren, Jordan, Shadow and many more but yeah i guess i prefer it because i am from a Portuguese native country
@@DerinhoCooLBRXI could share the same opinion, but as I'm from another Portuguese-speaking country (Brazil), I think I prefer the original names over the European ones, and also the Brazilian dubbing is not complete, stopping at episode 78
