No, there was a goal moving technique in the very first season of Inazuma11. It performed by a Otaku Team where theye move the goal just so the shot would miss.

Raimon vs Gemini Storm, Round 2 in the original Inazuma Eleven (i think, only know it because of odd eyes's amvs) Astro Break ripped a hole in the net and a shot later shows the net has been pushed onto its back. (Episode 30)

To be fair, OG Endou also changed his mind and used the wall + tower strategy all thorough the Alius season. And this one also develops the Diamond Hand in order to be able to stop international level shots by himself
