Thanks mate, will continue to do as much as I can... I work nightshift now, so starting around 4pm. Which means I can only record the first 1 or 2 trips due to sunlight
MAN gas Artics are terrible, though Artics in general are easier to drive around corners etc. The most awkward bus to drive in the fleet at our Depot is the purple electric busses.
what license category do these buses get classed as? looking at getting my HR but want to get a bit of time on the MR first + license requirements delaying HR a year over MR
it's going to change a lot of the routes, many will stop at the start of the busway to reduce inner city traffic. I haven't driven one, but the test metro is at our depot and have had a look at it. I'm not keen on driving those as there will only be 2 routes, that gets boring after awhile heh.
@@junng6848 the DCU shows the next stop, on turns down streets that are easy to go past... Write down the stop before the turn on your map (you are given all route maps). Then you just look at DCU for the stops.
There's a few categories and shift types. Early's, Twilight's, Lates, Brokens and casual / charter shifts. Early's, Twilights and Lates are around 8 hour shifts (more or less). Broken shifts are 4ish hours in morning and the same in the afternoon with a gap in the middle (permanents are paid for that gap in the middle).
