How did you get the license to sell food on the streets of Korea? Do you need a source of water for sanitation? Do they make you jump thru a lot of hoops?
I'm italian and the pizza really look like so much delicious, i'm happy that man do something of different compare with all foreigner do in south korea like, teach english and finish
This pizza vendor has an amazing mobile pizza van setup. My only tweak is that I wish he could clean off the pizza cutter after every use. He's using the same soiled pizza cutter on every pizza coming out of the oven. To be fair, I doubt if the bricks-and-mortar main pizza chains are cleaning their pizza cutters after each use. You just can't see it.
Looks great !! I would just make sure to have two pizza cutters so that your not crossing the ingredients while cutting the pizzas. I saw the Alfred pizza was cut with a cutter covered in marinara. Other than that the pizza look delicious.👍🏽❤️🍕 It’s not a criticism it’s just feedback ! 😁🫣

The pizza looks good he know how's to make the dough as long as u know how to make the dough ur good to go the rest is easy ur pizza looks great but just don't call it italian pizza cuz obviously it isn't lol good idea! 👍👍👍 Good job!

@@scimmiesca sto tizio, non italiano che fa pizze su un furgoncino in Korea, sembra cmq molto meglio della merda che preparano tantissimi "pizzaioli" italiani qui in Italia. Quindi si, la proverei se fossi in Korea.
