You need to be closer to the animal for animal control to respond... that cougar didn't have to die! :( You can stay in your car, just drive closer to it.
I had mountain lion in Colorado that decided to be my friend/pet....then mate decided to join the party and it was so cool... pulled ticks of them...friends for life...belly rubbed them too.

@ANTON KOSS I mean like how Benzo Effect does his patrols he does like real life patrols. When he starts his patrols he doesn't cut it. He drives around look for any infractions and assists Police Officers, random things that AI do basically organic patrols and waits for calls to come and responds.

Common sense, tasing the animal in gta 5 will agitate it, leaving him no choice but to kill it. He could have just stayed in the car and waited for animal control to respond. He got out of the car knowing full well, he was going to kill it lol
