What...the actual...? This is so, so much. Where was security? Why was this particular event SUCH a disaster? This is not just one incident, but like half a dozen.
The person actually came forward on X saying that they were close to the fight that broke out, and it severely frightened them. Unfortunately, the fear came out as explosive diarrhea and got on other people, not just the venue. They offered to pay for the dry cleaning fees for anyone who got dirty.

What the hell was going on in that event?!! In all of my years of kpop I have never seen so many bizarre incidents happen in one single event, it was a gross mismanagement on the organizers part, moreover where was the security to maintain peace?!! Seriously what a mess, I feel bad for the idols and the decent fans in that insane crowd💀💀

WOW!!!!!! The fans have gotten WAY OUT OF HAND! Why would these artists want to keep showing up for such RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL actions of the fans? If i were an artist....NO WAY WOULD I SHOW UP for behavior like this that is being stated. What a shame and disgrace these fans showed to the artists.
I felt bad for the male idol at the beginning of the clip he looked like he was about to puke do to the smell. next year I doubt none of these groups/solo artists are going to come back there ever again, I won’t blame them because I wouldn’t attend any awards shows there anymore if that continues to happen.

It sounds like complete mismanagement. If accidents happened in the audience, they were probably waiting for hours not allowed to leave the area. I can't explain the *ahem* safety stuff, but it otherwise sounds like the audience was treated horribly - hence the high volatility and altercations.
People used to say the craziest and messiest think that ever happened in kpop history is h.o.t versus sechskies fandom war back in the 90s where they get into fistfights right infront of the awards hall. But this hanteo awards shit show really set a new record of being literally the craziest and messiest thing that ever happened in kpop history. At least 20 years after the bloody h.o.t and sechskies fans fistfight, fistfighting sounds lowkey cool and fun even now. People loved and adore that fandom fight in the Reply 1987 drama and think of it as some sweet, youthful memories. But peeing, pooping and throwing condoms all over an awards how is just fucking disgusting.. 20 years from now, it'll stay disgusting

I don't understand how it happened. Shouldn't the audiences/fans be separated from the artists/idols? Like the American awards, there's no way you can even get near where the artists are. This is a shame on the event organizers.
