HDFC Bank beside deducting TDS also deducts CBDT Tax. Form 26AS does not show it, although Form AIS shows it. Last year also it was the same and I kept getting a demand for it despite my explanation. I got tired of it and paid again.what should I do? Also Form AIS does not show my income from Jeevan Akshay.

My question is, 1." how much income- from capital 'gain/divident/interest' tax-free in india for non-resident under DTAA - new tax-regime"?" 2.
