AIS is not real time. There is a long gap between activity done and AIS indication. Although feedback option is available but by the time it is reflected in AIS, we generally forgot and not able to correct. AIS lost its significance.

Regarding excess tax deduction by bank etc on premature withdrawal of FD. In my case HDFC bank had shown excess interest in 26AS and AIS on premature closure of FD in FY 23-24 but I correctly calculated INTEREST PAYABLE IN THE FY, feedback was provided on IT PORTAL and paid due tax . The ITR was accepted as net interest received was declared.

AIS aur TIS Pdf format ki bajaye Excel format mein IT Dept. ne dena chahiye kyoki PDF file ko copy paste nahi kar sakte. Yeh Excel mein aasani se ho sakta hai. AIS Jeson file bhi khulti nahi hai, software Government ne uplabdh karane chahiye.

There are many loopholes in AIS. Fixed deposits opened as joint account, showing in AIS of both account holders' PAN as FD opened. But it should be in first holders PAN only.
