I love how daija mentions Camryn had inspired her to become a stingette! Camryn is such a amazing leader and person! & hearing more about how she impacts people is so inspiring! Love Camryn! ❤️
Loved the interview!! Her saying the Stingette field shows were easy to her 🎯 that is what Princess gave me this past season. Mrs. D got them girls READY ❤️❤️
@@sheanetteleonard2845 never!! The few hiccups she did have was her crab year but that's a given with any crab!( and that was in stands never the field)
I really enjoyed this interview I loved hearing her talk about what she learned from Janae in terms of sensuality out of the crabs from 19 I always felt like her and Nyah really embodied that from Janae.
Its crazy... Daija explanation on why she left the band is exactly why I left as well. You are so groomed in performing arts culture and so celebrated in it that you almost forget who you are and the simple things you want to be,do, and achieve in life. When I went to college I just wanted a breath of fresh air from being busy in drama, band, dance, chorus, greek and educational programs. Just to be able to go to the cafe when you chose, being able to go to bed 9pm-10pm, being able to make group meetings and study. Ppl dont realize collegiate band like is like a 4-4. I'll let you guess those hours of 4....but it's tough. You're almost repeating 9th grade all over again at 17-19yrs old. I quit NCATSU after two months of marching and I was a die hard band head. But at the end of the day I knew the main reason I came to college was more than making practice and set. Yep I said it
I missed seeing Daija dance with the girls so much😩, but I completely understand and respect why she chose herself. Self care is extremely important🤍. I absolutely love her personality, she’s a sweet heart🥰.
Awww. She's such a sweetheart and amazing dancer. 💜 1 thing u can say about Ms Diana's girls is they are a professional, respectful, and class acts. From Cam, Kenji, Daija, to all of her amazing girls on the GGs. They'll all go far. Mississippi girls💜
Great Interview Daija, she such a beautiful, positive, and radiant young lady. Daija dance 🔥 skills is on another level, girl you have to keep dancing. DD4L and Coach D definitely prepared you for the real world. Member Coach D being hard on the girls, but look where y’all are today. At great HBCU schools dancing on the dance lines. That’s so cool how Cam inspired Daija to go to ASU. 🐝 She such a great role model and friend. Really enjoyed how Daija went into detail about the Stingette try out process and requirements for those who looking to become Stingettes. We didn’t know about you being sick, it’s a blessing to bounce back and dance. 🙏 Daija you ate the fields and stands you just an all round skillful and professional dancer. You we’re definitely 🔥crisp and clean especially those layouts Daija and Nyah. Lol Janae wanted perfection 🔥👌💯 2019 and she accomplished it. It’s was epic 2019. Brianna 2020 was continuing the legacy of the Stingettes during COVID-19. She did an excellent job. It’s crazy because y’all could have been like no we not dancing, but all the young ladies continue to have faith and endured. Morgan had some great questions and appreciate all he is doing to shed light on HBCU dance life. Remember keep the faith and keep the 🙏 Lord first. He will take you so far in life. We appreciate all your hard work and dedication Daija and all the Dance girls. 👌
I love seeing Keekee get her flowers and being on some of these all star teams. The older girls used to try and shade her but her impact is undeniable because the newer Stingettes go up for her.
It was good seeing Daija, aka miss Daisy. I love that young lady, from DD4L to what she's doing now. What school does she attend since leaving the Stingettes?.
Morgan is my Judy and I love watching All of his videos. But I wish he wouldn’t have interrupted or cut her off at times. Because sometimes I was really into her responses and he would like “yeah mhm “ and start talking about something else … I know he probably had a time limit and a lot of question to ask… but that was a bit annoying ngl.
Sometimes you just don’t know when someone is finished talking 🤷🏽♂️ I don’t like “dead space” and also in my defense I had a lot of Wi-Fi issues on my end if you noticed I cut a lot of stuff to make it blend better because we kept having to stop. But maybe I can lessen the amount of times I say it in the future.
@@MorganDidThat well, I’m just thankful you were able to work through it and give us some content. I knew it had to be something because I never really noticed you doing that before. So that makes sense :)
