when i go to the display adapter properties for display one and click on the 60hz it only shows 60hz :(

90% of the time your overclock from 60hz will go to 74hz max as 75hz panels are binned for separate sale. There’s a 1 in a thousand chance that your 60hz monitor will overclock to 144hz without frameskipping and without broken colors. The only reason it could OC would be a binning mistake, in which they accidentally sold you the wrong panel

Unfortunately, even if i upscale the refresh rate via CRU it doesn't affect my PC, it doesn't increase, just from 59 to 60 refresh rate as before.. :(

It seems that ur monitor can't handle more than 60hz. U should also check ur display settings in the control panel.
