Content of this video is amazing, just I wish to make a point that Ego depletion and Marshmallow test for that matter have been found to be disputed among the psychologists. I think too much relying on ego depletion makes us think that we can do only very limited things, which is kind of true as we have got only so much time and ability, nevertheless we should not be limiting ourselves.
