with the combos are you taking them at the same time or staggering them at different times? I have tried pump princess, milkapolooza, lechita, and lactavist (Not all together- different times) and I have seen no difference in my milk production. I'm trying out the 10 day pumping challenge and getting the Tetas tea as a "Hail Mary" pass. I'm starting to see a decrease with my supply :( and I'm hoping something will help!
Have you watched my other videos as well? I just want to be as accurate as possible as I did this while it was still fresh and I had notes during and prior doing the video. I would say that nothing worked except for one. Which was Liquid Gold. I do believe that fennel has an opposite effect on me and it dried me out. If the ones you used had fennel, that might be it. I would suggest you watch all of my lactation videos. I documented my entire experience to be able to go back at them when I would be breastfeeding again and help someone else out there who needs it. Hello there, I’m new to your channel & looking into buying from legendairy milk but don’t know which one would be best for me. I didn’t have any problems producing for my first born like I am for my second, I gave birth to him on the 26 & he had Jandus for almost 3 weeks, the first 2 weeks I was pumping & feeding him from my breast but a nurse from his pediatrician called me & said to switch to formula to flush the Jandus outta his system, I was very confused why they would tell me to do that when breast milk’s the best thing to give baby but everyone on my mom group said to just do so because that’s what his doctor recommended... his now clear from Jandus as of last Thursday but still the doctors telling me to do 50/50... So I’m looking to see which would be best to buy that’s thick like formula & something that won’t bring his Jandus back. If you can please help would be very appreciate it
I would really suggest get one of each. I would also suggest to not use the coupon code until you know which one works best for you. Then you get a good amount, so you can save more. I am sorry your baby had to go through jaundice. My lo had the same thing and I did also have to give formula as well as breastfeed. I know this is very painful to experience and I was extremely angry when this happened. I felt I let my baby down. You are doing your best sweetie. You can do either or. If you want to try one before the other, you can. If you want to mix and match, you can do that as well. From my other lactation videos, it wasn't good for my stomach to do more than 2 capsules total 3x a day. I tried 3 or more and this gave me a stomach ache. So if you want to mix and match, maybe try 1 of each 3x a day if this would work or not.

@@NatashaHarper pump princess was my go to, made my supply go up and my milk alot more "creamier " but it contains black seed, which messes up your liver if used too long...I already had liver issues soooo had to switch to milkapolooza; not as good but it does increase my supply.

I would recommend try them all, get the small bottles first to see which one works for you the best. With me, I only use Cash Cow. It worked the best with my body as I am sensitive to fennel seed and a little is even too much.
Fennel is fine for breastfeeding moms. However, you just have to start very little and work yourself there. The reason people are apprehensive about fennel seed is that some people can be careless, reckless and irresponsible. As long as you take it in very low dosage and bring it up to what is comfortable for your body and your baby's, then it should be fine. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who will use it in an irresponsible manner. Cash Cow has made your baby gassy? Has it also made you gassy? That's not good. How old is your little one?
Natasha Harper my LO is 17 months old. My breastfeeding consultant told me it's fine if you want to take supplements but do not take fennel it has so many bad consequences on the brain she works at the best breast milk hospital bank in the country. I talked to the company of these products and they told me it is just about the latin american culture and spanish that aren't opened to fennel. It got me scared that's why I got the cash cow but i see my baby so gassy since the day I started taking the pills. I'll continue. For the rest of the days and see if there is any improvement in my milk and on my baby
From what I have read, it is more star anise seed, which is a similar plant to, fennel seed, that had issues neurologically due to contaminants. As long as you do a small dose, it is okay. I think its fennel seed that is not advisable to take when you r pregnant, due to lack of data on it’s effects. How is it going with your supplements? Any improvement at all?
I am currently only pumping an ounce total each session. I’ve tried mother’s love and it dropped my supply. I’ve tried ginger and turmeric and it didn’t work. I just bought pumping princess today. Should I take it the three times a day or would it be okay if I took it twice a day?
It has to be 3x. Have you watched my whole lactation Playlist? I did a lot. Tried a lot of different things. Like you, some of them made my supply drop as well.
